Great experience with Dr. Underhill! The office staff were welcoming and very pleasant. Dr. Underhill and his staff explained everything to my satisfaction and answered all my questions.
Beware of front desk staff. Dr. Underhill is incredible, but his front desk staff is pretty rude, condescending, patronizing, and confrontational. They may have the knowledge and ability to run a front desk and what not, but they completely lack any semblance of people skills. After being a patient of Underhill’s for 15 years or so, I think I’d rather go blind than face that front desk staff ever again. Sorry Doc. I’ll miss your service, experience, and care, but good luck with your front desk.
