Hi. Dr Lucey now practices at Erlanger in Chattanooga, TN. I was I believe one of his first patients on what I believe was his first day there AUG 1st 2024. Immediately upon entering the room, he informs me that we are running behind schedule and that he does not have time for me to go through MY notes and bring my concerns to his attention. I am extremely sorry to see Dr. Lucey leave this practice. He's an excellent doctor and diagnostician.

Dr Lucy was great! I understand he is leaving the area and I hate that. He was extremely knowledgeable. Very smart. After getting to know him I couldn’t say enough. Doctors jobs are to be right, to know their specialty and to help their patients. He gets 5 stars in all areas. I much rather have Dr lucey than someone who is nicer but doesn’t know what they are doing. People should give him a couple visits and he warms right up. Very thorough!!!!! Good luck in your future practice!!!!

Took my daughter and he was so smart and good with her. I learned some stuff while there. He took great time to help us both understand everything. Good personality. Love him!

I had an unfortunate Doctors visit with Doctor Lucey on 6/13/2023 for 8:30, words cant describe how arrogant and condescending this guy is, it was by far the worst doctors visit I've ever had in my life! arrogant, cocky, and condescending with a total lack of bedside manners with his patients. And i had no problem expressing this to him before I left his office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lucey's for about a decade and never found him anything but professional in all respects. He is one of few docs sufficiently courteous to share is visit notes by recording them during your visit. (Anyone who has ever looked at their medical records and found a "surprise" there that did not agree with what they believe a doctor told them during a visit will understand the benefit of that practice.)

I love Dr Lucey. I found him humorous and it was refreshing to have a doctor call out big pharma. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more thorough exam. He spent more time with us than any other physician I’ve ever encountered. Spectacular experience. If you feel the need for be coddled or want a doctor that’s going to beat around the bush, he’s probably not for you.

I can't explain how horrible this experience was, but I would never go back or send anyone I know to see him. I've been an RN for 27 years and he is one of the most condescending doctors I have met. AND believe me that is not something he should be proud of but I bet he would be. 

Rude and disrespectful. Zero social skills.

This guy is unbelievable. He is incredibly disrespectful. He treats everyone around him like a first grader. Absolutely ZERO social skills. He should work in a laboratory somewhere and be kept away from normal human beings. Run, don’t walk.
