One of the most fun & funny doctors I have ever met! He made me feel 100% more comfortable going into an urgent situation. So very thankful that he was the doctor that was called in to take care me! 10000 stars!!
Couldn't have asked for a better listener!
Dr. Dao is simply wonderful! Remembered him from a 2016 experience with my mom who was 80 and in hospital. He was the ONLY doctor that took the time to take a chair, sit eye level with her and talk to HER (not just me) about her condition. He glanced at me periodically to see if I had any questions but focused on my mom and she felt so respected and pleased by his actions. I became his patient after that - because that kind of care is invaluable!!
Dr Dao, is the most kind, Caring and loving Dr i ever met. He listen and take his time with his patient.
The doctor is great, however the staff is not very good. They told me they were getting authorization for testing however it was never submitted to my insurance. I went in for a stress test and they made two attempts to start an IV with no success and just sent me home.
