If you want a Dr that is going to listen to you...go somewhere else. If you want to be treated like a patient in a 30 year old obsolete textbook this is your Dr.
Dr. Adkins is nice but be ready to wait for hours! He will also cancel appointments all the time. I needed him and he left me down by not showing up for my care. I am important.
Dr. Adkins is a great Dr. He is very thorough and cares about his patience.
The office staff is absolutely horrid. My elderly mother in law was battling cancer, which is stressful and challenging to begin with, but then every single time you have to contact the office staff, it's a literal nightmare. Out of 5 interactions, there was one person who was kind and accommodating. It makes me physically nauseous and anxious when I know I'm going to have to contact this office and that is not acceptable.
