I really like Dr. Adkins super nice guy . Can’t say much for the office workers up front . They rooked me out of a 30.00 co pay. I payed my co pay online then went in and they canceled the appt because Dock couldn’t make it. So when it’s time for my next appt they tried to charge me for copay I told them I had already paid online so they looked and said ok but a few days later they sent me a bill for the copay . I've been a patient of Dr. Adkins for five years. He was great in the beginning. I've had symptoms for the last eight months and I was very disappointed in the attention that I was receiving. I also had to wait over an hour for my appointments and also my appointments would randomly be cancelled. Then I had to wait another two months for another appointment. With the lack of attention, I decided to be referred to a new Urologist. My new Urologist helped me more in one day than I received in eight months. I was concerned abou... read more
If you want a Dr that is going to listen to you...go somewhere else. If you want to be treated like a patient in a 30 year old obsolete textbook this is your Dr.
Dr. Adkins is nice but be ready to wait for hours! He will also cancel appointments all the time. I needed him and he left me down by not showing up for my care. I am important.
Dr. Adkins is a great Dr. He is very thorough and cares about his patience.
