Dr. Samelson is the best! He listens to and talks to my daughter, and always gives us several choices for treatments, yet respects the parents wishes. He tends toward a natural approach, which cwe do as well, but always givwes us all of the options, and NEVER passes judgement or takes a patronizing tone. Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!
Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
