Dr. Cole performed an umbilical hernia repair surgery on my in Dec. 2018 and there is almost no visible scar and have never had any issues with it. He also performed a colonoscopy and was very thorough and detailed and detected and removed 2 tubular adenomas as well as noticed another minor issue. It left me feeling like he was meticulous and well trained. He has a way of making you feel confident and comfortable, and has great bedside manner.
I had surgery for a hernia on December 1st 2022 & today is December 7th 2022. I called the office to tell them my hernia dislodged from the mesh that Dr Cole supposedly fixed. The medical assistant Melissa called me a liar three times & said there’s no way it dislodged but I know for a fact I pushed it back in. I called to speak to someone over her. Dr. Cole and his entire staff were phenomenal throughout the surgery process. Melissa, Norma, Katy and all staff of Surgery center of Plano. This was an unexpected procedure that I needed to have but they got me in asap with no issues and made everything stress free. They took great care of me. Highly recommend.
Dr Cole and his team are super fantastic. They all took the time to answer my many many questions, explained things (multiple times patiently), reassured me, and guided me through my surgery. No pain during surgery he said, and he delivered. I’m healing up well also. Such compassion and care. I never felt judged. A heart felt sincere thank you.
Dr. Timothy Cole was the surgeon that performed my gall bladder removal surgery. I had a gallstone in the neck of the duct leading to my gall bladder and it was causing me extreme pain. During the procedure, Dr. Cole stated that he was unable to remove my entire gallbladder so a small portion of it still remained. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Cole as his PA for 3 years, until my husband and I made the move to Oklahoma City. When I was diagnosed with gallbladder issues, I knew I wanted Dr. Cole to be the surgeon to perform the procedure because I trust in him. Everything went smoothly fro pre-op, to the surgery, to post-op. I have 4 "teeny tiny" incisions and only took pain medications for 2-3 days. He is a surgeon who actually takes the time to listen to what you have to say, answer questions you have and explains in both medical and layman's terms so you can fully understand your diagnosis, plan, procedure and post-surgery recovery. The office staff for Dr. Cole is nothing short of amazing. They took care of all of our needs from finding the perfect times for appointments and surgery to working with my (difficult) insurance and helping us with billing. The receptionist even helped me with my fussy baby during my first appointment! Dr. Cole took great care of me before, during, and after surgery.

Dr. Cole took out my gallbladder in Dec 2018. The surgery itself went great. Everyone was kind, professional, etc. I was really happy. Then came the bill. I'd met my out-of-pocket max for the year, so I didn't expect a bill. But I got one, for $409. Apparently the PAs are all out of insurance network and no one told me this. The doctors are in network, but the PAs are out. Who does that? I tried calling the billing manager, but she never returned my call.
