Dr. Cole's office is easy to locate and to schedule an appointment with. He takes as much time as necessary to explain things, and his staff are all very knowledgeable and patient as well. Surgery went great with no complications. Quick to process billing to insurance, so no surprises showed up later on. Highly recommend!
My brother-in-law, Larry Pierce gave me Dr. Cole's name and I can't thank him enough. I got in right away and his office personnel are terrific. Everyone, including Dr. Cole were great. I had my surgery the next week and the staff at the Surgery Center were wonderful too. It was a not so fun problem but the staff and Dr. Cole made it a not too bad experience. I will definitely go back to Dr. Cole and would like to use the same Surgery Center if ever needed.
During the pre-op appointment for my surgery, Dr. Cole and his PA both explained the procedure in detail and answered all my questions. The one day procedure went exactly as described with no complications. When I called the weekend answering service with a question, Dr. Cole's nurse replied immediately. Dr. Cole and his entire staff are very friendly, professional, and reassuring. I highly recommend Dr. Cole when a general surgeon is needed.
Overall amazing staff! I have anxiety that they completely put to rest throughout the entire time as Dr. Cole's patient. From my initial appointment to the day of my surgery, everyone in the office was super friendly & helpful. The day of my surgery Dr. Cole & his PA (I'm bad with names, but I believe it was Kari) were awesome! I had zero time to even let my anxiety kick in because Dr. Cole was running ahead of time & they took me right back. I would highly recommend Dr. Cole & his staff!!
I appreciate my doctor sending me to Dr. Cole. I had been reassured by my doctor that Dr. Cole was a good surgeon with lots of experience and Dr. Cole exceeded all my expectations. He has a nice bedside manner and he made me feel comfortable through the entire process of having surgery (which I was VERY VERY VERY concerned about). I don't want to forget his office staff either,,,,,they were so friendly and answered all my questions with smiles on their faces!!!!
Dr. Cole is very friendly and takes time to explain what the procedure will be, any possible complications, and answers every question in detail.
Very Good with bedside manners and getting you prepared for surgery. From talking with him before the surgery to the day of surgery, this is a doctor that care about what he does and taking care of the patient, who he treats as a human equal. Highly recommend.
