I would rate no star if there was a choice. I had a look of the rest of the reviews, same experience. Mom was with the doctor for a while as he was bulk billed, background is mom has low income health care card. Mom turned up today for her regular appointment and was told at the scene that she needed to pay, which she was not notified prior. Mom attempted to reason with the receptionist, but the receptionist who claims to be the doctor's wife threatened mom to cancel her appointment, which mom had been waiting for months. ... read more
