I was contacted to come in for an appointment for medication refills. The doctor was out and I had to see the PA, Shannon. What a disaster. I am a medical professional myself and I was not at all impressed with her attitude or professionalism. Shannon Murphy, PA-C is very knowledgeable, thorough and very nice. She takes the tine you need to give a complete explanation of what could be occurring and what tests that are needed with what she's looking for. She is professional, efficient and kind. It's a pleasure to see her. Her assist is also efficient and friendly. The office staff is superb, to a person, they all go out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. I was a patient with the doctor for over 5 years. Very good at first but is now money grab who also has a terrible staff. They do not return calls and after repeated attempts they tell you they left a voice Mail message as a response. Never did I get a voice Mail as a response to my issues. Final straw for me was I a statin intolerant person and after taking the three generic Crestor medicines I still suffered severe muscle pain with each. He told me he had “nothing for me”. I have been a patient for 5 plus years, I was misdiagnosis - I kept going in with coughing chest pain night sweats - finally they told me they don't know how to help me at this point I was only at 82% at breathing capacity- they told me to "just go to the hospital" I was admitted with Valley Fever.. This is a great office and my Mom is really happy with all of the providers she has seen there, the only issue is getting someone to call her back to let her know what her labs say.
Love Dr. Bryan and his PAs! Sara is amazing and listens to all my concerns and is always willing to help. The staff is very friendly. Never will go anywhere else!
