Dr. Ballard and her staff provided the smoothest, most professional experience I have had at any doctors office which was even more appreciated given the potential for the awkward and uncomfortable moments you would expect from a labiaplasty procedure. I would happily give Dr. Ballard and her team a 10-star rating. After bariatric surgery and losing 125 lbs., I had extra skin that really bothered me. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr Ballard! From my consultation appt to my last post op appt, her and her staff have all been amazing. The office is beautiful and the staff is all so friendly. I can’t say enough good things about my surgery as well! Checking in and pre op stuff all was fast and easy and everything was on time. My recovery was normal, and my results are amazing! I finally have the stomach I’d been trying to get in gym for years. I would recommend Dr Ballard a thousand times over.
Dr. Ballard was patient, professional and answered all of the questions that I had in regards to the procedure willingly and thoroughly. I felt very confident in selecting her to do the procedure. After the surgery her follow up was just the same and I was extremely happy with the results!
Dr. Ballard and her assistant are very professional and welcoming. They did everything to make me feel comfortable during my consultation and procedure. Her assistant thoroughly explains pre and post op care, so that you know what to expect and are well prepared. The procedure was painless, and it only took about a week for most of the swelling to go down. Overall, I’m really happy with the results and my experience!
I had a labiaplasty procedure with Dr. Ballard. Everything from the appointment making process to the post op appointments were done with high levels of professionalism. After a lot of research, I decided to make a consultation at Ann Arbor Plastic Surgery with Dr. Ballard. This was one of the biggest, but best decision I have ever made. Went to Dr Ballard for labiaplasty and the entire team was wonderful and professional from start to finish. The procedure went as smoothly as one could possibly go and I couldn’t be happier with my results. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering this procedure. My only regret is not having it done sooner!
I had labiaplasty with hood reduction. It was something I wanted for years. During the consultation Dr. Ballard was very down to earth, patient with my many questions and walked me through the entire process of what to expect before,during and after my procedure. She made certain my entire experience was as pain free as possible. The numbing cream that is applied 1hr prior to surgery works amazingly well and you do NOT feel the local anesthesia at all.
