Dr. Ballard was completely professional while also being very friendly. She was attentive to my concerns and outcome of the surgical procedure I was scheduled for. It took me years of researching to find a surgeon that has even, well-placed incision lines, realistic belly buttons, low peri and post-op complication rates, and a great reputation.
