Dr. Nguyen took his time and answered all our questions. He was very patient with us and he was actually very funny. Office staff were all very pleasant. They stepped out of their office and walked over to the waiting area and helped us with the online questions (never seen that before). Overall, it was a great experience, will definitely recommend this doctor
He is a nice man, good personality, did a good job for my back pain. Had surgeries on my spine and the staff was so nice and friendly.
The most arrogant doctor that my wife and I have ever encountered! Rude, disrespectful, dismissive, uncooperative, and isn't really interested in anything you have to say. Not exactly what you're looking for when you go to the hospital, and he's the guy in charge of your neurology issues. Nice vetting orange coast memorial care!

We went to see Dr Nguyen's office three times. I say that because not once did we meet Dr. Nguyen. Instead we consulted with a PA. Every visit, we had extremely long waits as well, averaging 45 minutes to an hour. On our third visit, we gently suggested that the waits were too long and they could improve on that, especially since cancer patients are easily fatigued. DR Tien Nguyen he don't have any experian for HEMIFACIAL SPASMS
Had three bad discs in my neck and bad hardware in my back. He removed and replaced the hardware in my back and fixed my neck all at the same time. I feel great considering I had both surgeries done at the same time.
I had an epileptic seizure and fell and broke my neck. Dr Nguyen was the surgeon that explained everything to me and told me the risks. I was told I wouldn't have any range of motion of my neck ever again but I have full range of motion. I've got titanium plates, screws and air cages in my neck replacing C4-C7. I went from being told I was lucky I wasn't dead or paralyzed to seeing Dr Nguyen and having my neck back. Thank you Dr Nguyen
