I have to admit, when I first met the doctor, I believed he was talking down to me. However, over time and getting to know the doctor and his staff I came to realize that he wasn't talking down to me at all. I was once told that professional medical specialists such as Dr Nguyen come from a caliber of people who come off cold and blunt not to hurt or put someone down. I was referred by my PCP. Dr. Nguyen had no idea who she was. RED FLAG. I wondered why my doctor referred me to someone that didn't know her. Saw him and he talked in doctors jargon and I had no clue what he was talking about. It completely soured my confidence in his practice which is out.of my network. I will not be going back. I'll find someone within my network and asking my doctor why she chose to waste my time.

Dr. Thuy Nguyen is an excellent Surgeon. He was recommended by my primary physician after months of crippling pain in my lower spine.I was very skeptical about getting back surgery, because of all the negative information I've heard. Being a fitness instructor,this was devastating. Dr.Nguyen was calm and reassuring. He answered all my questions and explained the procedure with complete honesty.
