Dr Ying, I feel so very lucky for him and his staff. My son had four wisdom teeth removed, and he previously had a pallet surgery with Dr Ying. You truly are in the best hands possible. I’m a nervous mom, as we all are ;), and having the opportunity to have Dr. Ying do the procedure is such a blessing! Brilliant, patient, kind…I will add the process was quick and painless, all 4 impacted!

I had a tooth that had gone dead and needed to be extracted. I had braces as a teenager and apparently you can radically change the shape of your teeth. Visibily, it looked normal but the root had grown into a horizontal shaped fish hook. Often these fragment and have to be coaxed out. Considering we’re actually talking about a tooth which grows from my skull and is very close to my sinus passages, I was a little nervous. Don't expect bedside manners or a particularly empathetic dentist, as Dr Thomas Ying seems bothered and impatient when you ask basic and relevant questions before a SURGERY. Front staff (Holly in particular) is also passive aggressive and rather condescending. But they probably make enough money to not care about you as a patient so why should they bother, right?

I had my wisdom tooth removed today by Dr. Ying, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. From the moment I walked in, Dr. Ying and his team made me feel completely at ease and right at home. The procedure was incredibly fast and smooth - I was honestly surprised by how easy it all felt. Dr. Ying did an amazing job and made what could have been a stressful day feel calm and manageable. I’m feeling great and confident in the care I received. Highly recommend!
