Dr. Shin is the best! I didn't feel a thing. He and his assistants are the best. The only thing is that they need to better about answering the phone. The pharmacy had trouble getting them on the phone. Several times that I've called, I have had trouble getting someone on the phone. Otherwise, the staff is professional, nice and reassuring. A couple of the assistants act like they are a little robotic and rude though.

Everyone was so pleasant and friendly in this dental office . Destiny at the desk made the process smooth ; Dr Shin extracted a lower mollar painlessly , his nurse explained in details the post op instructions. Excellent practice !

Dr. Shin performed an extraction on one of my molars, and this was my very first tooth extraction. He was extremely professional and efficient. He told me the healing process would take about two weeks, and it healed exactly as he said. I highly recommend Dr. Shin and his entire team.

His careless force directly resulted in me needing double root canals. When I called his office in agony, begging for pain medication, I was completely ignored for days. My second visit was only necessary because of the damage caused b... read more
