I have been to many dental offices, but the one that stands out the most is Dr. Rubino's office. I was referred to him by my dentist for some periodontal work. He was on time for my appointment, explained everything to me in detail, and took the time to answer my questions. He is excellent in what he does. His staff was very knowlegeable, friendly and helpful. No one likes the dentist, however, they made me feel comfortable. I appreciated that he worked with me on the financial end of my work. The best implant doctor around! I had 3 consultations with 3 doctors and Dr. Rubino was the only one that didnt nickel and dime me for everything. Totally upfront and honest. His whole office cares about you, and how you are doing before, during, and after your surgery.
Dr. Rubino is excellent at what he does. I've had bad dental experiences in the past, and had not been to the dentist in a long time. He and his staff put me at ease and kept me comfortable throughout my appointments. I had NO problems after my perio surgery!!! What speaks volumes about Dr. Rubino, is his personal touch, not only did he give me his phone number to call if I had any problems, (not that I needed it) but I also received a personal call from him to see how I felt after surgery. Who does that anymore???
Dr. Rubino is a great doctor that takes his time with me everytime i come in. He is a kind generous man that always does everything he can for his patients. He never charges for procedures that he doesnt think are complete necessary, and even provided me with extra services at no charge. His staff members are completely delightful and always help to make sure i can get into the office as my schedule allows.
Dr. Rubino and his staff made sure I was very comfortable at every appointment and made sure I understood exactly what would happen at that appointment before any procedures were performed. Being comfortable in a dental chair is very important to me since I had several bad experiences with dentists in my childhood. I would like to thank him and his wonderful staff for the care and compassion that they showed me. They made me feel like a priority instead of just another person walking through their door.
