I have been going to Dr.Rubino for over 10 years now and have ALWAYS been pleased with my experiences. He is very caring an willing to spend as much time as necessary to answer any questions or address concerns I may have. His staff is the best, too! Super professional & friendly. Sometimes the most important experience is the one that did not go quite right. Through no fault of Dr. Rubino, I had an unusual problem being sedated. How he handled the situation, his rescheduling at my convenience, calling my general dentist to discuss the situation, his attention to my problem, his recognition of my fear of dentists and how my problem with sedation impacted that fear, all convinced me that he was a caring professional for whom my comfort, my concerns, my ease were of utmost importance. The visits are always positive. No wait time. Explanations of procedures are well explained. Always ask if you have any questions about whats been explained or any concerns patient may have.
My periodontal care has been under the supervision of Dr. Rubino for about 15 years. He did the initial deep scaling, and then after that my gums have been cared for by his excellent hygienists every 6 months. I have been seeing the same hygienist, Shane, for several years, and have been very satisfied with his work. The office is well organized, and appointments are scheduled efficiently. I rarely have to sit in the waiting room for more than two minutes.
Best dentist I have ever been to and I am over 65. Both Dr. Rubino and Shane, his dental hygienist, are really excellent. Highly recommend his office for any periodontal problems.
