When I carried my paperwork by the office his staff was very nice and helpful. This was my second time using Dr. Short. He has a very good bedside manner and puts you at ease. His whole team was great!

Dr. Short is thorough and does not hesitate to order additional tests when he thinks they are needed. He is easy to talk to and is concerned for his patients. He spends time with his patients and answers questions thoroughly. Sometimes the front office staff are a little curt.
The doctor is a very good doctor but his staff and especially his wife is the problem with this office. His wife is very rude and the staff is taking their attitude from her. I definitely do not recommend this office as long as his wife works there. The staff needs to realize that some of the patients, like myself, is very sick and may not live throughout this year. We do not need that kind of attitude while trying to deal with our illness.
Business response:
I have no way to know what prompted such an unkind comment. As practice manager, I am called by the staff to intervene when patients are being difficult, demeaning, or threatening. I can only assume something along those lines happened in this case. We truly care about our patients' wellbeing and I wish the best for this patient, despite her hurtful remarks.
This man is an awesome physician. Communicates very well. Lets nothing slip through the cracks. Very well thought of by other physicians he's referred us to.
