I love the service and the friendliness of this establishment. They even have a therapy dog named Brian he was so comforting to love on. Dr. Meister was very professional and caring. I wasn't looking forward to getting a colonoscopy, but the staff here made my visit wonderful. Highly recommend.
I was referred to Dr. Meister by my new primary care physician due to continuing problems with choking. Dr Meister entire crew was both professional and friendly. Everything was explained fully, and I felt very comfortable on my first visit. Dr. Meister came in prior to the procedure and explained what was going to be done. He also listened to me and what I perceived as my main issue and how it might relate to neck surgery while in the military. He listened, made suggestions and assured me he would correct the problem if he ... read more
Dr. Meister has always been courteous, respectful of your time and very efficient. This last visit was no different
This is the first time I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy here. Everything and everyone was very professional and extremely helpful. I feel Dr. Meister is an expert in his field. I know several friends who have used him for their care.
The staff was kind and friendly. Dr.Meister had a good understanding of my medical history. The office was clean. Colonoscopy was done with no issues. They offer a lot of good snacks and drinks after a colonoscopy. This was nice. One thing that didn’t happen was instruction in prep before the colonoscopy. I ended up going in the website to look them up . It would of been nice to get an email. Overall a good experience.
From the moment you connect with the office, to the procedure, through recovery every person is focused on helping you and answering your questions, Amazing Healthcare! Dr Meister and his team are fantastic.
I had an Endoscopy with Dr Meister. This is my 6th visit to this office and, as usual, it is a friendly comfortable visit. Dr. Meister is very straightforward and down to earth and his staff are professional, friendly and efficient.
I was in the knee chest position on a hard tile floor and my forehead was also on the hard floor. I couldn't get any of the liquid to flow, so I had to sit up, unscrew the top and rip of the slotted seal. Too much came out too fast and I could barely hold it in for 30 seconds. I was sitting on the toilet when the staff person knocked & asked if I was OK. I said, no and that this was very hard to do. She didn't offer to help and just waited until I exited the bathroom. When I repeated to her what a hard time I had and explain... read more
I don't know anyone who looks forward to a colonoscopy. But this team is caring and treats you as if you are a member of their family. Everyone answers any questions you may have and they take the time to do so! If you're lucky, you will get to meet Wally - and you will immediately feel at ease!
