Years ago, I inquired regarding the feasibility of Dr. Lucas discussing medication management with my mother’s nephrologist and he simply told me, “that doesn’t happen in outpatient, that’s more of an inpatient thing.” I sincerely hope that he reads this review and changes his approach with how he manages complex patients. Interdisciplinary approaches can indeed occur in both inpatient and outpatient services.
Dr. Lucas is AWESOME!!!! He cares about his patients holistically!!! Always a thorough visit with him. Somethings wrong or an area of concern? He’s going to get to the bottom of it!!!
This office and staff are a joke!! They will not refer out to a dermatologist. With a PPO insurance I decided to go to a dermatologist myself and Dr Lucas's office refused to release records of the punch biopsy stating no records in office. Will not refer family or friends to this office. Unprofessional bedside manor!
