The doctor actually makes snide remarks occasionally, which I suppose are based on what the staff tells him about you. When you ask him, what does that mean, he won't answer. Otherwise he's pleasant--if you can hear what he's saying. When you call repeatedly & even send a brief letter of explanation, the staff still doesn't correct the false information they've erroneously put in your "patient portal".
