I had a very good clinical experience with Dr. Gianis. This is an “old school” practice, and I appreciate the staff is managing some volume of patients. Unfortunately, the overall experience was adversely affected by a cumbersome administrative process and the front office staff’s poor manner. My well-intended suggestion is for Dr. Gianis to personally do a walkthrough of the end-to-end process and focus on the “customer experience” at each step from the perspective of the patient. Was a reasonably good doctor for what I needed.
Been going to them for years. Doctor put in wrong prescription type. my insurance only okay-ed the name brand which the doctor should have known and was rejected. when the pharmacy request a new prescription the doctor did not approve it. time to find a new doctor .
