Worst experience ever! Poor business model and customer service! I had seen Dr Proffit for 7 years and can't say enough praise about him. Clinch and his team bought the practice and allowed it to fail until they finally closed the doors! It took 4 1/2 months before I recieved a bill! They never sent it to my insurance and claimed that I had another insurance company other than what I had! 20 messages left without one return, only bills and threats of credit reporting! Unsure how the office in Kearney stays open!
