This is an excellent and caring office. I owe my life to Dr. Hegerich and his staff and also the neurosurgeon they referred me to for my neck surgery. The care I have received for the small things to the large things has been kind, effective and prompt. Not a day goes by that I am not thankful for the care I have received here.
Not only do I not recommend Dr. Hegerich, I strongly warn you to avoid him. Yes he is friendly, but I have never encountered such a completely incompetent person who calls himself a Dr. Errors and lapses in treatment are too numerous to list - he has absolutely no business seeing patients. I also switched Drs and hound he had misdiagnosed and improperly treated me for years. He should not have a license. Run the other way.
Do not recommend. Dr. H is very friendly, but he does not pay attention to detail or offer appropriate care, even in routine matters. He was my primary physician for 5 years. An injury resulted in chronic pain, and I was left on my own to pursue avenues of diagnosis and treatment. After several years I transfered to another practice and found out that the thyroid numbers he had been saying were normal, were actually quite a bit off. My new physician upped my thyroid dosage, and I felt tremendously better.
