It’s a nice office. They have ample seating area. Small restroom area that definitely needs updating. Could use some updating inside the office areas too. They have about 4 windows when you walk in but you never know which one to approach when checking in. Would be nice to have a single file line then like what happen to me won’t happen to another patient that the person who walked in after got called up to a window before me. They take care of my husband Ken kocks
They kept canceling my appointments on me. I've never been to a practice with multiple physicians that canceled like that. Usually, other places had someone else cover the appointment. Made me feel like my care didn't matter to them. Very disappointing because a friend thought they were great. Not so much.....
