I was referred to Dr. Falkenberg by my optometrist since I was considering corrective eye surgery. The staff was very courteous and efficient and gave me the most thorough vision test I've ever had. Great staff!
I am a 75-year-old pilot that was struggling with both near and far vision issues while flying. Dr. Falkenberg was able to correct my vision to 2020 and no longer wear glasses which is a miracle to me
Dr. Falkenberg answered my questions and any concerns. I highly recommend him. I felt very confident that I had the right doctor. His office professionals were also courteous and friendly- and explained everything thoroughly.
Office and medical personnel were excellent. Everything was explained well. Dr Falkenberg has been my ophthalmologist for over 20 years and has done surgeries. All successful.
The office staff was professional and courteous. Dr. Falkenberg was very easy to talk to you and very forthcoming with any information that pertained to my situation. Didn't try to push extra procedures that were not necessary for what I needed performed. I would recommend Dr. Falkenberg to anyone who needs help with their optical problems.
The doctor is willing to explain and answer any questions. Dr Falkenberg is an excellent surgeon as well. Had cataract surgery and yag laser surgery as well.
Dr. Falkenberg and his staff were very professional and helpful.
Everyone at SEIGHT was professional, helpful and courteous. The only problem I had was checking out. The regular check-out desk was closed so I had to checkout at the check-in desk. After standing in line for 15 mins just to check out that when I finally arrived at the window, I was told that I didn't even need to get in line.
