This is principally a DMO office--they take a large number of dental maintenance contracts, people that have an insurance plan where they get some basic dental free and it really looks like a good deal but it pays the dentist so little that they can only make it up on volume, so you get a busy office with less quality. The University Dental Assoc. is a branch of the same name in Charlotte. I found their office staff unorganized and the level of care here was unacceptable to me.
