I am a former nurse that worked with Dr. Findlan in the operating room. He is a very gifted surgeon and I would recommend him to everyone. In fact, he has done eye surgery on many of my family members and friends. He is also my doctor! To top it off the staff is great from start to finish! I can not imagine going anywhere else for my eye health.

Dr findlan's office rescheduled my appt. 3 times & i was not informed of the third rescheduling wich caused me a waisted trip to his office on nov. 29. I am 66 years old & handicapped wich caused me undo hardship. He charges a fee if u do not cancel an appt.without 24 hr notice, i expect this fee to be remitted to me for him not making our appointment along with gas reimbursement. This is no way to run a business & wont b back.

He really didn't care what I had to say. Interrupted my questions constantly. Told me that I had cataracts and that he would remove them. Went there that day to get them removed and He told me he was giving me glasses instead. Doesn't care what you have to say. Runs in then runs out with no time spent with patient.

Dr. Findlan performed Cataract surgery in July & my vision is worse than it was previously. I opted for the upgraded lenses When I complained to him he lasered both eyes.assuring me that everything would be fine after that. My vision is continually blurred & I find myself blinking frequently to attempt to clear my vision, which does not help. If I had it to do again, I would not, nor would I have the Restor lenses used. Totally disappointing experience! His personality is a definite downside!.
