I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They offer the good pricing, which works well with my insurance coverage. And for those who don't have insurance, their prices are very reasonable. Staff is very knowledgeable and well-informed. They were able to answer all my questions, Dr. Shaw will not try to talk you into something you don't need....unlike some dentists. He is very honest and not in this business to rip people off!
