I was totally satisfied and impressed on how well the office is run and the care. The staff of nurses doctors and aides were exceptional. Going for these procedures are difficult enough with the prep but I have to admit I was pampered as soon as I arrived. Warm socks and blankets def helped the anixety. I left the office feeling much better than when I arrived. Oh and the bidet was an added pleasure on the "bum'

I appreciate his explanations and attention to detail treating me as an intelligent adult with a say in my treatment. He so obviously cares and takes time to listen. He and the staff always make patients feel very cared for. Other offices should go to school on them!

I received a package of papers informing me of everything I needed to know ahead of time as well as the forms they required me to fill out ahead of time. You can also purchase a fully stocked prep kit .. we were way too early .., but no matter to the staff, they took me back early just in case they could get me in to see the doctor earlier than my appointment time . Once I was in my room and prepped they offered my husband (several times) signature coffees, hot chocolate, tea, flavored water and snacks. I got some too after ... read more
