Dr. Meister an his staff took excellent care of me. They were kind, compassionate and attentive. Everyone took the time to answer my questions.
Every one in the office was kind, cheerful and caring. Dr. Meister answered all the questions I thought to ask and explained things well.
Dr. Meister takes the time to actually listen to his patients. He really makes his patients feel comfortable during an uncomfortable topic of conversation. Everyone in both the physician's offices and the procedures area are pleasant, kind, and work hard to make their patients as comfortable as possible. I've often experienced long wait times in both settings, but I figure it's because Dr. Meister is being as thorough with his other patients as I appreciate him being with me, so I've just learned to plan for that.
Doctor and staff are just the best ! This was my third visit the last 7 years and they make a very unpleasant experience quite pleasant ... sort of :)
A very, very pleasant atmosphere with attentive nurses and Dr. Meister is the best. They made what is usually an unpleasant drink and prep for colonoscopy not difficult at all. Highly recommend this office
Had a colonoscopy on 30 Sep. Dr. Tom Meister did the work and I am, as usual, pleased with GACS as a provider. The personnel are friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They are more than happy to answer any question, offer a toasty warm blanket and socks, and they don't take all day to take care of business. After the procedure, Dr. Tom explained what went on and wanted to make sure I had no problems. Everyone there is concerned with the patient's comfort and ease. I can't say enough good things about GACS.
Great experience with entire team. Only issue is paperwork, a consistent issue. No matter how I have delivered health history & authorizations something has happened that I must sit down & recover the information for them yet again. The questions “Who did you leave it with?” “When did you bring it in?” should not be a part of checking in! And there was the time I did it online, only to find out “We haven't Implemented that yet.” Inserting that stress into the procedure is uncalled for.
Everyone does there job with excellence, from the front desk, nurse staff, anesthesiologist, and, of course, Dr. Meister. We have been seeing him for years (my father-in-law, husband, daughter and myself, and I would hate to go to anyone else. I trust him implicitly and even changed insurance companies to be able to stay with him.
Doctor Meister has been my provider for almost 20 years. He is the most caring and professional physician serving me over that time. When my insurance provider dropped my access to his services, I continued on with his care on an out of pocket basis.
