I love Dr. Meister and his staff. They are professional and skillful in their work. They are kind, caring, friendly and have a wonderful sense of humor. My experience at GACS is always so wonderful that-- as weird as this may sound-- i almost wish I could get colonoscopies more often.
The whole team was great. I made a mistake on my appointment that was rescheduled, and I showed up on the original date after doing the prep. They were very accommodating to get me into their busy schedule.
Surprisingly pleasant. Loved the coffee menu and the hospitality of the entire staff including Dr. Meister. There was no need to have any anxiety over the procedure. The nurses and Dr. Meister took the time to explain and answer questions. I could only wish all my other annual routine doctor visits were this pleasant of an experience. Unfortunately this routine visit only comes once in 10 yrs.
Dr Meister was courteous, friendly and took the time to talk to me before and after the procedure. Friendly staff. Everything was explained to me, my questions were answered and I felt listened to and respected.
Dr. Meister and the staff were extremely professional throughout the entire procedure. He reviewed the results with me to ensure I understood them.
Everything went well. all the staff were professional, helpful and fun. Thankx for a great experience.

Everyone in the office was very welcoming and friendly. Check-in was a breeze and the whole process was smooth and efficient. Dr. Meister spent time with me reviewing the procedures afterward and answered all my questions. It’s rare anywhere to get such a high level of customer service and Dr. Meister’s office excels at it!
