Dr. Christenson did not rush me and he listened to me. He explained things to me both in medical and layman terms so that I understood him, and he did this in a way that passed on knowledge without being condescending. He was thorough and patient in his examination even though I asked a lot of questions. I have seen Dr. Christensen twice now and would absolutely recommend him to anyone seeking an ENT Physician. He is genuine in his care and takes the time to listen to you, explain what is going on, his treatment recommendations, and any associated follow-up care. As a healthcare worker myself, I feel that he exemplifies excellent patient care.

Explained to me the workings of the nose, what our plan A is and what plan B would look like if we got there. He was kind and informative. Felt like I left the office with a resolution or, at a minimum, a plan of action. Much appreciated.

My appointment with Dr. Christenson was not for a major concern, but it was really significant to me. He treated me with tremendous care and concern, and took all the time needed to answer my questions. This was a good first step to restore my faith in allopathic medicine.
The Dr. and his Assistant were Fabulous! I understand that they were short staffed, but I understand that as everyone else is. The Dr. and his Assistant still took their time with myself.
