Tom has cared for me for decades, and in the last decade, this meant 4 times a year or more if I became ill. He would call me if I needed him to. He delivered my baby at Mease Hospital. He has listened carefully, addressed options, and most importantly, he has empathetically quelled the 'scaredy-cat' in me. I live far away from his new practice. I don't care. If I can be a patient of Tom's, I will be.
I have been here for many years, staff friendly and Dris grand. Totally happy still.
My father was a patient at Dr. Carson's office for over 10 years. It was difficult to deal with the office staff before he sold the practice to Well-med and completely beyond horrible after he sold the practice. My father stayed with the practice because it was within walking distance from where he lived. I just moved him to Colorado because taking care of him long distance especially with dealing with this office was too much. 1. Dr.Carson is our family doctor. He is knowledgeable, compassionate and thorough. We have the utmost confidence in him and his staff to care for our medical needs.
I have been going to this practice for about 15 years! My husband & I would NOT go anywhere else, and we drive from Weeki Wachee. They always treat me with respect, care and concern. When no I am sick they see me right away, these negative reviews are shocking as I have been pleased with the care!!!
He has the bedside manners of a cold fish. Horrible demeanor and belittles his patients. I will not be mistreated by him or any of his partner's ever again.
Dr. Carson 's lack of compassion towards all of the patients at his care center is very evident. I made a legitimate complaint regarding a wrong diagnosis made by his NP. I was given wrong medication and was in pain for 2 weeks. Went back to Dr. Roose and felt she had a big problem with honesty regarding necessary medication. I followed office policy and complained to the office manager. After a month Dr. Carson fired me from his practice with 25 days notice. I have 2 scheduled appts. :(
Dr. Carson has been my family's doctor for 30 years. He makes it easy for someone like me (doctor phobic) to understand my condition in detail. An attentive listener, he spends time to discuss alternatives or a downside to a potential treatment, all the while, with humor and compassion, making me at ease. At critical times, he has been available during off hours, a life-saver! My gratitude to Dr. Carson. I will rue the day he retires. We have been so fortunate to have him.
