Dr cherry was great when i went in for the consultation but whoever always answers the phone at the reception is very rude. I’ve spoken to her at least 3 times now and every time i’m shocked with how you can treat someone who wants ur services that way.

Dr Cherry is very nice and knowledgeable, but his office employees Nancy and Stephanie have the same bad attitude. Every time I have spoke with either of them it is the same attitude. They act as if they are annoyed by you. They have no compassion and act as if they do not like their job at all and the patients annoy them. Unfortunately, due to their poor attitudes, we have decided to find another periodontal doctor.
Every time I call because I have heard such good reviews about Dr. Cherry’s work from peers in the dental community and working in operations for an in network dental group. I have to deal with Stephanie and her poor attitude with not allowing for a word to get in. First, several months ago she stated the provider didn’t like to way my insurance paid for a frenectomy that he was in network with and listed on the website as accepting new patients. Dr. Cherry is a highly skilled, thoroughgoing professional…I am confident I’m receiving the best periodontal care in Atlanta. The “frosting on the cake” is that Dr.Cherry and his staff are not only skillful, they are happy, friendly people. Doug McC
