So extremely angry!!! My husband woke up with something in his eye and is in pain. I called to make an appointment for the St. Peter’s location and made one. I was also told if he needs,he can come in earlier and they’ll get him in. He came in at his appointment time and was told there is a 2 hour wait. WHAT?!?!?! What’s the point of an appointment time? AND he is in pain and has to wait 2 hours to be seen is just not right. I’m so angry that now my husband who is in pain has to wait until tomorrow to be seen by a doctor!!!!... read more

This is a bait and switch operation. The optometrist claims to be independent, but in practice is a Lens Crafters employee. At the end of the exam, the optometrist called and led me directly to a Lens Crafters employee. When Lens Crafters quoted the lens prices, they were double what I actually paid for the identical lenses elsewhere.

I received fast & friendly service. Dr. Lyman was very helpful, explaining everything and answering my questions. I was relieved and felt much better after my visit. I highly recommend Cunningham Vision.

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The doctor explained all the results and made suggestions. Fast service. The only negative was that they could not get my prescription for my glasses for 10 days, not the one hour I had hoped.

Everyone was very helpful and knew what questions to ask and what to do with my own questions. When needing a referral to go ahead with the eye exam, they called the primary physician for approval. By the time I was finished with my exam, they had been sent the approval. Very curteous and efficient.
