Claire and Dr. Fiel are fantastic providers. The front office staff on the other hand are horrible. They are incompetent, inept, inefficient and rude. The turnover is high and with each round of new staff, the experience gets worse. They do not provide a welcoming, friendly environment and lends to a very uncomfortable experience.
I had a very uncomfortable experience with Tom Fiel and will not be going back.
I have been going to Dr. Fiel for about 5 years, since my previous osteopath retired. Very personable staff, always courteous and helpful. Quite happy with entire office. Dr. Fiel is always engaging, helpful and makes sure that any and all questions are answered.
Front desk has on multiple occasions mis-scheduled me, either for the wrong day, or the wrong time, or even under the wrong patient name (so when I show up they can't find my appointment). This most recent time, they mis-scheduled the time, so when I showed up, the slot they had reserved was long past. They apologized and re-scheduled me for later the same day. The doctors here have zero respect for their patient's time and are flat out rude about it. I have had 4 appointments in the last 2 months here and they showed up for 1 of them. Not a joke, sadly. The first appointment was in person: While they were running very late, at least the doctor showed up. Second appointment two weeks later (mobile video appt): Doctor was 30+ minutes late. I wish someone had told me this before I made an appointment for my husband. After his yearly physical and my insurance paying $182. We got a bill 4 months later for 30.00 saying my husband had questions during his appointment!! Don’t they ask you if you have questions?! NEVER AGAIN! Don’t make the same mistake I did by booking an appointment here
Dr. Fiel decided I was a hypochondriac, so he came up with some very off the wall solutions to my concerns. I should have reported him to the medical board.
Been my family’s personal doctor for 30 years. Love this man and his entire staff.
Incredible, personable, and great bed-side-manner doctor. Does it all, asks questions and is a problem solver, sincere in your good health at all times. You could not ask for more.
