Dr. Chen was amazing, he is kind and the most personable Neuro Surgeon I have seen, and I have seen 5. He was helpful and was able to make an accurate diagnosis. I highly recomend him, usc Norris in general is nice, but ou wait a very long time. Worth it though.
Dr. Chen did not respond to phone calls upon discharge. Residents did on weekend and nights. Dr.Chen and hospital cannot locate any documentation of my childs surgery.
