My visit was to discuss the results of my blood work. Dr. Hoag is the best family practice doctor I’ve ever had. He stays on me about my weight, cholesterol, blood glucose, diet and exercise because he wants me off prescription medication and he truly cares about my family and wants me to be around for my grandchildren. He takes all the time you need and he’s never rushed me.
Business response:
Our practice aims to deliver the highest quality of patient care. We love to hear about positive experiences. Thank you for your comments.
Realizing I was injured and also fearing for the loss of my job Dr. Hoag work with me mind and body to help me through a difficult and emotional time. First doctor to actually take the time. Oh and by the way he does take hugs!
Dr. Hoag is a thorough, caring doctor who takes the time to listen to me and doesn't rush through my appointment. I can and do easily recommend him as a family physician.
He has been so nice, clear, smiley, he answered all my questions, and guided me well.
Dr. Hoag has been my primary care doctor for 11 + years .. From the time we had first gotten stationed here thru now as d.o.d. dependent. He and all have helped me thru Alot of ills. Or, honestly gotten the specialist needed. If I did not think of him and his staff as Great , and Value He, the staff and the other Drs & N.P. s there as well , I would have looked for another doc! I have thus Not done that.! Because I truly value and Trust Dr. H , the other drs, n.p.s and the staff there
As always, Dr. Hoag was attentive, focused and a good listener. Gave good advice on eliminating a prescription.
Dr. Hoag is engaging and thorough.
Saw Dr. Hoag on 4 visits since last September 2018. He spent more time with me on any one visit than any other doctor spent with me on all visits combined. He's smart, engaged, and friendly. He helped me iterate through resolution to some important health issues. I can easily say that my life is completely different. Dr. Hoag did not agree with or support every idea or option I brought up, neither did I support and agree with everything he suggested. Together we found common ground.
He was arrogant, was annoyed so rushed the visit, didn't listen or cut me off. No patient teaching. States he specializes in certain health conditions on his bio that he has no knowledge of when I came in. Physical exam was a joke. Knowing that I have Asthma, he only auscultated breath sounds only on one lobe of my upper left side from stethoscope on top of my wool blazer! She have listened to all 5 lobes, front/back. Listened to heart for 2 seconds again, & never picked up my heart murmur!
