Dr. Samaras was recommended to me, and he has been my doctor and my husbands doctor going on five years. Dr. Samaras is Amazing. Being a diabetic, Dr. Samaras is excellent.. He is very polite, answers all my questions, and he is very knowledgeable D. Rose 2024
I have known Dr Samaras for many years and thought he was a decent MD. After becoming a patient I was shocked to find he was arrogant, didn't listen and had little compassion. My wife had a similar experience. We changed doctors. Do not seek his medical care. Avoid him! There are many doctors in the area that do a much better job.
I always trusted and appreciated Dr. Samaras until I received my latest bill for a telehealth appointment for which I was charged over $300.00. It was for a routine prescription medicine check. His previous charges were over $200 for a visit, which is insane for a family practitioner, when my routine specialist appointments cost $105. I refuse to go back.
I have been going to Dr. Samaras for about 25 years. I am always thoroughly satisfied with my treatment and look forward to my next visit.
I found Dr Samaras to be very personable, and very good at what he does. He asked very good questions about my problem and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I felt he was very knowledgeable
He is a smug, condescending, and pretentious man, all the while seeming passive aggressive & timid. The quality of his human interaction is horrible. He listens only for trigger words, and cares nothing about the details of your problem, nor the human condition at all for that matter. I have seen him as a walk-in at FCFP approximately 10-15 times, and while I feel some doctors are better than others, I literally think he should be terminated by the Privia Medical group whom just aquired FCFP.
