Not a bad experience with any doctor, but the billing process is atrocious. I have insurance. Received a bill because they billed the wrong insurance policy. I called and left a message on their incredibly awful automated service with the correct info and received a call back from someone later that day stating it was an attempt to collect a debt, blah, blah, and that I had requested a call to pay.
