My son has been a patient of Dr Thoa since 2002. She and Dr Okino are well-educated, experienced in dental care for all ages of people. I was swayed against general anesthesia as "too expensive" yet their sedation medication ultimately meant 2 days of dental work, 2 procedures, and 2 charges for sedation ($200 each) whearas the general anesthesia would have been coverered under insurance 80%. I was very disappointed with this dentist. I had heard good things, nice office and staff, etc. The office is nice and the staff are friendly, but they are clueless. They seem to assume I have nothing else to do but take my children to the dentist. They never know what I'm making an appointment for, I must go over the treatment plan every time. I have cancelled appointments and still gotten reminder calls, which I must then follow up so I don't get charged for a missed appointment. They have scared both my children, by telli... read more
