Dr. Burzlaff has a "laid-back" personality; however, when I am really sick his knowledge and treatment are exceptional. The office suite needs up-dating and a thorough cleaning. His office personnel seems to change too often and that seems to contribute to inefficient record keeping.
I feel this Dr is a pill pusher, he did not listen to my problems, it also took me over 2 months to get my medical records transfered to another physician. Staff is rude, very unhelpful didnt even know to collect my co-pay, office is filthy, needs updated, has broken chairs. It is very unorganized they could not find my chart, it was apparently buried under stacks on the physicians desk.
