I switched physicians last year, from one I had gone to for maybe 10 years, because I became very uncomfortable with her care. A friend recommended Dr B. my first visit was pleasant, and for the 1st time my BP was normal low. He mad me feel like we had know each other for years. I felt very comfortable around him and his staff. I received great care. Was shown concern about reasons for my visits. Wasn't belittled because I am overweight, AND, not like my prior dr. left on the table with EKG leads attached for nearly 2 hrs wh... read more

Doctor is smart and caring. Office is dirty.Always lacks toliet paper! The office manager is over the top postureing, confrontational and lets you know you are not important. Staff screams at each other, throws things, hangs up on people prior to the end of a conversation and they excell in rudeness. A tragedy as this doctor with a little TLC could have a premier office in the city.

I have been using Dr B's services for many years. I believe I have seen him 2 times out of 30 visits. His PA's have given me meds I am allergic to, and tried out too many meds when they weren't sure what to use. I have lost confidence in their ability to properly diagnose my conditions and have found an internest as my new family practitioner.

Dr. Burzlaff is the most AMAZING doc! My mother had to be rushed to the ER by ambulance and I could not find any of her paperwork (ins., dnr, etc). We had planned for everthing but I was in hysterics and not functioning well. I called Dr. B's office and asked that they send the info to the ER. When we got to the ER the info was there - In Dr. B's hands. Dr. B met me there and took care of everything and once my mother was settled, he then turned his attention to me and made sure I was ok. I could go on and on about moments w... read more

I've had several apts and have yet to meet Dr Burzlaff--seems to always be gone. His staff don't seem very helpful and are at times rude. Behind the times in how you can pay for your visit, only checks and cash--should have debit and credit availability--99 percent of population now use paperless debit cards not checks!

Awesome! He's Great! Has Nurse Practitioners not PA's. The office is very accommodating in all regards. The doctor is very attentive and even does his own hospital visits.

Dr. Burzlaff can be very caring, understanding with very good knowledge, In the past, I have seen him go extra miles for his patients. A few years ago, his staff was as good. The last few years, there has been constant turnover & his staff is now as difficult and unprofessional as they come. I have witnessed things being thrown in anger, employees criticizing each other in front of patients, front desk MAJOR mistakes & attitude. When I called with a fairly urgent injury, I was told they couldn't see me until 2 1/2 weeks late... read more

Dr. Burzlaff is just top-notch. He's smart as a whip and, also, very kind and caring. I remember when he had to give me the bad news that I very likely had cancer, he took me into his office and fixed me hot chocolate. He spent about an hour and a half with me that day. I might also add that he's the first Dr. that gave me a very thorough physical and, therefore, found the cancer in an early stage---he saved my life. My whole extended clan goes to him. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I trust him even more than any of the specia... read more
