My Husband suffered a accident 5 months ago and was in ICU for 14 days. Dr. Fernando has to many patients that he can handle. Thank God there was other professionals who saw and treated my my husband. But Once he we had to follow up with OUR primary Dr meaning >>>> Dr Fernando. NOW WE HAD A PROBLEM, my husband is disable and was in need of a ACCESS service transportation to go to the clinic and we also needed a ramp to get him out of the house..AND A WHEELCHAIR. But none of that was posible with out the signature and referra... read more
