Dr. Thierry Jacquemin is by far the best primary care physician I’ve ever had. He not only listens carefully to my concerns—big or small—but also takes the time to explain everything clearly and never makes me feel rushed. I truly appreciate that he’s patient enough to listen even when I’m venting, and he’s always eager to help on a personal level too. Dr. Jacquemin is truly an exceptional doctor. He genuinely listens, takes his time during appointments, and makes you feel heard and respected. You never feel rushed, and it’s clear that he truly cares about your well-being. His knowledge, patience, and thoughtful approach make all the difference. The staff is also amazing — always welcoming, professional, and kind. From the front desk to the nurses, everyone is courteous, helpful, and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Jacquemin!
RUN AWAY FROM THAT “doctor” This office is an absolute scam. I did my regular blood work in December. Couldn’t get results for over a month! They would reschedule last minute and act like that totally fine. All personnel is rude and clueless. I should have known better - all office is covered with Botox advertisement. They don’t care about your health, only an easy way to make money on you. They don’t let you know that in order to get your results you will need to schedule a follow up and pay for it . I paid over $5K for a blood work test (!!!!) I confirmed everything was paid and taken care of multiple times orally and in writing that there was no balance due with both the doctor himself and his team. I have then been harassed (no other word to describe it) by Lab Corp saying I owed another $2K (!!!). Even though the Doctor himself confirmed that they would take care of it, and that the balance due was 0, they never did anything. This has lasted for 8 months.
