She's a good Dr. who is patient and understanding. I also appreciate that she does not overbook and I am generally seen within 15 mins of arrival. Her front desk staff are also all friendly. Yes, calling in and getting a hold of someone can be tough at times but it is simply because they are busy and already on the phone so can't really blame them for that.
