Great folks, supper knowledgeable, patient, on time, very accommodating. Dr. Mitsinikos and his staff are terrific. Highly recommend
Office staff is very friendly but Dr Is rude and nasty. I have been going to him and he has become nastier and nastier so I have switched doctors. He doesn’t look at you, argues with you. Insisted that I couldn’t get my medication from CVS, that it would not be Synthroid. Instead of paying 75.00 from Eagle, I paid 2.67 for Synthroid from CVS. I don’t appreciate being yelled at. Will never return.
The office staff is is unhelpful and unwilling to assist a sick patient and obtaining a blood work order when it was promised. They are confidence cost me to lose wages as I sat in quest without the blood work order that they claim they faxed over. They refuse to take responsibility instead of blaming technology and claiming there’s nothing they can do to help me all I wanna do is get the test to figure out what’s wrong. That is not the way you treat people. I will never go back there again.
I’ve been a patient of his for 20 years since I got diagnosed with thyroid disease. The office building is easy to get to. The office is clean. The dr is calm and quiet. But extremely smart, and thorough during exams. He answers my questions and explains everything. I never feel rushed.
