This past week I suffered with what I thought was root canal pain. New to the area, I relied on the web to give me some insights into Endodontists working in Boca. I saw Dr. Lerner's succinct write up and liked his background and location. But when he called me back within moments of my call to him, I knew he was something special. Dr. Lerner was a lifesaver for me. I was advised by my ex dentist that there was no fix for a back molar and the only option I had was to remove it. When I went in to remove the tooth the oral surgeon asked me...why aren't you getting a root canal? To which I replied that the dentist said that root canal therapy was not an option to save the tooth. He never even referred me to his office endodontist to get an opinion. Dr. Lerner spent significant time upfront to explain what was going on with my teeth, including the anatomy and how to tell there is a problem. He then explained exactly what he was going to do. His office staff had promised it was going to be pain free root canal and I was extremely skeptical, but Dr. Lerner is a genius and was able to numb me with regular lidocaine to create a 100% pain free experience. i was told by my dentist that i needed a root canal. rather than have my dentist bring in an endodontist and pay a fee both to my dentist and the endodontist, i researched and found dr.lerner. i cannot say enough about my positive experience with dr. lerner. i felt absolutely no pain what so ever. procedure took about 1 hour. this is the 1st. time that i had a root canal, and was extremely apprehensive. dr. lerner allayed my fears and was extremely professional.i would recommend him 100% for anyone who is nervous about the p... read more

I first met Dr. Lerner seven years ago when I walked into his office extremely stressed and in great pain. I needed to correct root canal work that had been done by a previous doctor. Dr. Lerner was fantastic. He fixed the pre-existing problem as well as the bone damage that had been done to my jaw. I was able to walk out of his office pain free. Simply the best! Dr. Lerner is, by far, the finest endodontist anywhere. I have been to many dentists through the years as I have bad teeth. Dr. Lerner is a prince. He'a honest and pain free. His office staff is as nice as he is. Do yourself a favor. If you are in need of an endodontist, call Dr. Lerner.

I had a root canal. It was a pain free procedure with no aftermath discomfort. The doctor and nurse were compassionate and I was comfortable and well cared for. Dr. Lerner recognized my need for a root canal which had been overlooked by previous dentists. I have recommended Dr. Lerner to friends who were equally pleased by his brillance, skill, and kindness.

I have been a patient of the great Dr. T. Lerner for over 7 years. Unfortunately I have had many root canal procedures. One of, if not the best endodontist to have ever treated me. Dr Lerner is a conscientious and caring man. The procedure is well explained and performed. Dr. Lerner always makes sure the patient is well cared for both during and after the office visits.

Upon moving to Florida, one of my first stops was to see Dr Lerner. I was in need of a root canal. Dr. Lerner and his staff were so kind to me, and I felt no pain at all. He did a wonderful job. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an endodontist in this area.
