I'm not a patient of Dr. Ritota however I would like to say that I stopped into his office because I work for Cooper Orthodontics just to grab some business cards and I must say how amazing their staff was. While I go to many offices on a weekly basis, I have seen great customer service and I've seen awful customer service. Not only was I greeted with a smile, but both of the staff members that helped me, stopped what they were doing and made me feel welcomed. Always have a good experience at Dr. Ritota's. Real family atmosphere with professional staff.
Dr. Ritota is great! Very professional and nice, but I have to give the 5 stars to Lily, she is the hygienist. I went for a check up and cleaning and she went above and beyond to make my visit perfect. I am very happy with the results. Thank you lily! I will come back in 3 months!
